Janaina Viana

Janaina (Jane) is a member in good standing of the College of Immigration Consultants of Canada (CICC) and the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

Jane has been practicing in the field of Canadian immigration since 2016. Her expertise includes skilled worker immigration, business applications, and family and humanitarian programs. Aside from representing clients before the IRCC and IRB, she has taught the immigration and refugee law program (IPP) for over 2 years in Toronto, where she lives. 

Prior to relocating to Canada she studied International Relations in Brasilia, Brazil and she is fluent in both English and Brazilian Portuguese. 

Her hobbies include travelling, trying different cuisines and practicing Muay Thai. She is also an avid chess player and astrology enthusiast!
